Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts' parents are Walter Grady Roberts and Betty Lou Bredemus. She belongs to the Robertses' fourth generation who live in the Atlanta region, beginning with her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. Her father was a theatre enthusiast from a very young stage. He performed on the Emory University campus in 1952 as well as in various productions around Atlanta. In 1953, he enlisted in the Air Force, and was stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi acted in a show that he performed in with Betty Lou Bredemus. In 1955, the couple got married and in 1956 their son Eric Anthony was born. Walter went to Tulane University at New Orleans In 1957, the city of Louisiana where the couple had left the Air Force of the United States. Walter was hired by Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio to be a part of the production team for the television show Bum Bum His Buddies, which aired in Decatur Georgia. Walter and Betty Lou financed their own production of a Sunday morning show for children, Bum Bum and His Buddies. Later that year they founded The Actors and Writers Workshop which was in operation for a period of six years. In the meantime, they also had two kids Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965 as well as Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
